Questions

Before you reach out.

Do you provide protection agents or security officers?

No. We provide advisory and consulting services only. When a principal needs protective coverage, our EP firm selection service helps you define the requirement and choose a licensed provider, and you contract with that provider directly.

How do you handle provider introductions?

Firm selection is a client-paid advisory service. We assess candidate firms against your requirements, including license, insurance and references, and give you our findings. Any relationship we have with a provider is disclosed to you in writing.

Do you investigate individuals?

No. Our threat assessments review environments, travel, venues and publicly available threat information. We do not conduct investigations of individuals.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes. We will sign your NDA, or provide ours, before any sensitive details are shared.

Do you work with existing EP teams?

Yes. Many of our services are designed to support an in-house or contracted team, from advance reports and route planning to program audits and retainer advisory.

Do you work outside the United States?

Yes. Travel assessments, advance reports and contingency plans can be prepared for domestic and international itineraries.
